Escape the winter cold and join us for an evening of exceptional New Zealand wine, delicious food, and great company at the Ilam Homestead.
We're delighted to invite you to our Winter Wine Tasting featuring Fistonich Family Vineyards on Tuesday 11 August 2026, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm.
Our guest presenter will guide you through a carefully selected range of premium wines while sharing stories from the vineyard, insights into the winemaking process, and the unique characteristics that make each wine a true expression of its region.
On the night, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of the following premium wines from their Stonecroft portfolio of wines:
- 2023 Chardonnay
- 2024 Gewürztraminer
- 2024 Rosé
- 2023 Zinfandel
- 2024 Ruhanui Merlot Cabernet
- 2023 Serine Syrah
- 2023 Reserve Syrah
- 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
From elegant aromatic whites and vibrant rosé through to rich, full-bodied reds, this tasting offers a wonderful opportunity to explore a diverse range of wines and discover the stories behind each bottle.
Your ticket includes:
- A guided tasting featuring eight premium wines
- Samples of each wine
- A light supper
Following the tasting, the bar will remain open, so you're welcome to stay, enjoy another glass of wine by the fire, and catch up with fellow members and friends.

- $20 for Members (you must be logged into the UCC website, and paid-up to receive this discount)
- $25 for Non-Members
