We’re delighted to invite you to a special evening of wine discovery at The University of Canterbury Club, featuring an exclusive tasting from the Seifried Family Estate in Nelson.
Join us at the Ilam Homestead for a guided tasting of eight standout wines that showcase the diversity, innovation, and craftsmanship of this pioneering family-owned winery.

1 - Aotea by the Seifried Family Nelson Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Fresh, vibrant, and full of Nelson sunshine.
2 - Seifried Nelson Rosé 2025 (pre-release!) – Be among the very first to taste this bright new vintage.
3 - Old Coach Road by the Seifried Family Nelson Pinot Gris 2024 – Aromatic and elegantly structured.
