The taps keep turning and the winter tasting series rolls on!
Join us for our next Winter Beer Tasting on Tuesday, 5th August 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ilam Homestead, as we welcome one of Christchurch’s most exciting new breweries, Renegade Brewing.
Renegade Brewing is a brand-new brewery and taproom in Sydenham, led by local brewing legends Thomas and Amy Deverson, whose beer journey started right here at the University of Canterbury Homebrew Club.
Since then, they have brewed across the globe, run production at Three Boys, and just a few months ago opened the doors to their own dream brewery!
On the night, you’ll sample a curated range of Renegade beers, hear the story behind them, and enjoy snacks provided by the Club to complement the brews.
